Raspberry Iced Tea


Something refreshing for summer! This healthy Raspberry Iced Tea is the perfect flavourful
drink without all the refined sugar. Try this Food Friday recipe next time your
looking for a cool refreshment! 

Ingredients:

- 8 raspberry herbal tea bags (my favourite is by Celestial Seasonings)
- water
- Stevia


Directions:

- bring a large kettle of water to boil
- in a glass dish, steep 4 tea bags in 2 cups of boiling water


- allow the tea to steep for 15 minutes
- remove the tea bags and pour the hot liquid into a juice container
- add an additional 1 cup of cold water to the tea
- repeat this for the remaining 4 tea bags

- add the desired amount of Stevia either into the juice container or once poured into a glass

- makes 6 cups of tea
