I hope everyone had a great time celebrating Canada Day and for those with roots in the United States, The 4th of July. It was a windy rainy day here for Canada Day, but today is July 4th and the weather is incredible! I'm a proud Canadian and join others in the celebration of our country's 146th Birthday.

July 1st is Canada's Birthday, this year turning 145 years old. Today I'll join friends on the city water front for music, food and fireworks. Canada is also celebrating the 25th anniversary of the Loonie, our gold coloured 1 dollar coin. To every Canadian, Happy Canada Day! Hope you have fun today!
