Bumday Sunday!



Sunday will be the very first Bumday Sunday post of the year! For those of you who missed it, I've decided to add a new element to my blog. Once a month on Sunday, I'll post some of my favourite glute and leg exercises. These exercises where mostly chosen with home workouts in mind, so if you don't have a gym membership you can still incorporate them into your training.
