Chris Schnare and I have something to admit...we kinda suck at the Top 5 Tuesday schedule.
Weekly Top 5 Tuesday instalments can be time consuming to create, especially when videos, photos and detailed exercise examples are provided. We enjoy doing the entries, but have both had increasingly hectic schedules, and for this reason, we'll now be posting Top 5 Tuesday on the first Tuesday of every Month. We are grateful for our readers and would like to provide consistent instalments for those who are interested, which is something we've been struggling with. We apologize and hope you still follow along with our future posts.
