Killer Hill Sprint Workout!

Now that summer is here, I can't bring myself to do indoor cardio. Being creative keeps things interesting and challenging. Try these hill sprints for an awesome workout:

- work time: 20 seconds (sprinting up the hill)
- rest time: approximately 60 seconds (time to walk back down the hill)
- repeat 8 times

When these begin to feel easier, try adding another repetition or increasing the work time. By contrast, you may need to adjust the repetitions and begin with 6 instead of 8 sprints. Listen to your body but be sure to push yourself hard and don't forget the water, you'll need it!
