How to Bake Spaghetti Squash


Slightly crispy and faintly sweet, Spaghetti Squash is the perfect base for many meal
options and easily takes the flavour of what it's paired with.
Learn How to Cook Spaghetti Squash, it is simple to cook
and a great vegetable to add to your repertoire!

Ingredients:

- 1 spaghetti squash

Directions:

- preheat oven to 450º
- prepare baking pan by lining with parchment paper
- using a sharp knife, cut the squash lengthwise


- scrape out the seeds using a spoon



- place each half of the squash facedown onto the lined baking sheet
- bake for approximately 30-40 minutes or until the skin can be easily pierced with a knife


- remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly
- comb out the squash with a fork, it will separate into long spaghetti like strands
- serve fresh from the oven, heated on the run in the microwave, or tossed in a pan
