Workout Tips ;)

I seen this on Tumblr and thought it was a great idea! Collect extra change when you reach small fitness goals, then reward yourself with a present once you achieve larger goals. It's a great incentive to keep working hard and to find motivation for down days. The idea of new gym clothes, those jeans you've been eyeing, or new sneakers can be all it takes sometimes to keep pushing past boundaries. 
Whatever keeps you focused folks, even if it is a small Workout Tip! :)
