Top 5 Travel Exercises

Between working the Olympia in Las Vegas and visiting family in Ontario this past week, I have spent much of the past month travelling. I'm sure many of you can relate considering Thanksgiving is often a time to travel and visit with family and friends. The thing is, Thanksgiving not only involves visiting family, it involves lots of food and little physical activity which often makes us feel sick and unhealthy. Next time you plan a trip, also plan to incorporate these simple Top 5 Travel Exercises to keep you feeling healthy while away from your usual routine:


Exercise #1 - Push ups.

Exercise #2 - Mobility sequences.

Exercise #3 - Squats.

Exercise #4 - Soft tissue work.

Exercise #5 - Outdoor cardio.
